10. Fair-Launch Digital Commodity Notice

Fair-Launch Digital Commodity

$WHIVE is a fair-mined digital commodity, not a security:

  • No Investment Contract: You do not invest in Whive Protocol
  • Individual Effort: Output derives from YOUR computational work, not developers' efforts
  • No Central Authority: No company, team, or entity controls the network
  • No Premine/ICO: Fair launch February 2, 2020 with zero pre-allocation
  • Open Source: Anyone can verify, modify, and run the software

Fair-mined Proof-of-Work digital assets are generally classified as commodities rather than securities under U.S. law, as mining output derives from individual computational effort rather than the efforts of a centralized group. Third-party tools (Agentic Mining) are optional, independently developed, and do not change this classification. This is general information, not legal advice. Regulatory classifications may vary by jurisdiction and may change over time. Consult legal counsel for your jurisdiction.
